3.2 Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide necessary content, images, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client response may extend project timelines.

3.3 Revisions: Minor revisions are included as specified in your project agreement. Major changes or additional functionality requests will be quoted separately.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule: Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as outlined in your specific agreement.

4.2 Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.

4.3 Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available once the design process has begun and initial concepts have been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the final website design and any custom code developed specifically for your project.

5.2 Third-Party Assets: Some projects may include licensed fonts, stock images, or plugins. You are responsible for ongoing licensing fees for these elements.

5.3 Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

6. Website Maintenance and Support

6.1 Warranty Period: We provide 30 days of complimentary bug fixes and minor adjustments after project completion.

6.2 Ongoing Support: Post-launch support, updates, and maintenance are available at our standard hourly rates or through separate maintenance agreements.

6.3 Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for issues caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins, or client modifications to the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Website Performance and SEO

While we implement SEO best practices and optimize for performance, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

9. Content and Legal Compliance

9.1 Client Content: You are responsible for ensuring all content provided is legally compliant, properly licensed, and does not infringe on third-party rights.

9.2 Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse work involving illegal, harmful, or objectionable content.

10. Project Cancellation

10.1 Client Cancellation: Projects may be cancelled with written notice. You will be charged for all work completed to date, with no refund of deposits.

10.2 Our Cancellation: We reserve the right to terminate projects for non-payment, scope creep, or unprofessional conduct.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your confidential information with third parties except as necessary to complete your project or as required by law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts.
